This Smith & Wesson Model 63 .22/32 Kit Gun Stainless is one of the first stainless-steel .22 LR revolvers the company ever produced. Built between 1980 and 1981, it sports the desirable pinned barrel and recessed six-shot cylinder, both hallmarks of classic S&W craftsmanship. What’s Included
- Smith & Wesson Model 63 .22/32 Kit Gun Stainless revolver
The Model 63 was the first stainless revolver chambered in .22 LR that Smith & Wesson offered, giving shooters a corrosion-resistant kit gun for backcountry use.
This example retains its factory-pinned 4″ barrel, preserving the pre-1982 construction that many enthusiasts prefer for its tight lock-up and ease of service.
The recessed cylinder fully countersinks each rimfire cartridge, a feature phased out after the early 1980s, adding both safety and collectible appeal.
Checkered walnut grips adorned with S&W medallions provide a comfortable, secure grip and were an optional upgrade over the standard service stocks.
The red-ramp front sight and micrometer-adjustable rear sight deliver clear sight pictures for plinking, small-game hunting, or precise target work.
