This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with FirearmLand.com, our mobile site, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).Note: FirearmLand sells exclusively to residents of the United States. All references to “you” or “user” apply to individuals located in the United States unless stated otherwise.

  • Other: preferences, wish lists, contest entries, feedback.

  • Device & Usage: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, search terms, crash data.
  • Approximate Geolocation derived from your IP address.

We do not sell or rent Personal Information to third parties outside the MCM Holdings family of companies. We disclose information only as described below:
  • 1.Within MCM Holdings – to our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated brands for internal administration, consolidated reporting, and cross-brand marketing.
  • 2.Service Providers – payment processors, shipping carriers, IT hosting, cloud storage, analytics providers, advertising agencies, customer-service tools, and professional advisors who process data on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements.
  • 3.Legal & Safety – when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FirearmLand, our users, or others (e.g., responding to subpoenas, lawful firearm-trace requests, or court orders).
  • 4.Business Transfer – in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; your information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to this Policy.
  • 5.With Your Consent – any other sharing you authorize in writing or through the Services.

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with record-keeping obligations (e.g., ATF and IRS requirements), resolve disputes, enforce contracts, and meet other legal or operational requirements.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, including TLS encryption in transit, segmented networks, role-based access controls, and periodic security assessments. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices & Rights
  • 1.Account Information – You may review, update, or delete certain account data by logging into your FirearmLand profile.
  • 2.Email Marketing – Click the “unsubscribe” link in a marketing email or adjust preferences in your account settings. Transactional emails (e.g., receipts, legal notices) are not subject to opt-out.
  • 3.Interest-Based Advertising – See Section 5 for opt-out mechanisms.
  • 4.Cookie Controls – Manage through browser or the Cookie Settings tool.
  • 5.Legal Rights – Depending on your state, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of Personal Information, or to opt-out of targeted advertising. To exercise, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within the timeframe required by law.
10. State-Specific Disclosures
California (CCPA/CPRA)
  • We disclose Personal Information for “business purposes” to service providers and affiliates as described in Section 6.
  • We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. We may “share” identifiers and Internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt-out via the mechanisms in Section 5.
  • California residents may request (a) categories of information collected, (b) specific pieces of information, (c) deletion, (d) correction, or (e) information about disclosures for business purposes. Submit requests to [email protected].
  • We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of “sharing” under California law.
Nevada
Nevada residents may opt-out of the sale of certain covered information. Although we do not currently sell data, you may submit a verified request to [email protected].
Colorado, Connecticut, Utah & Virginia
Residents of these states have rights similar to California consumers regarding access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of targeted advertising. To exercise, email [email protected]. You may appeal a refusal by replying “Appeal” to our decision email.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently obtained data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
12. Do-Not-Track (DNT)
Because no uniform standard governs DNT signals, our Services currently do not respond to them. We honor legally recognized browser signals where required (e.g., GPC for California).
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in law, technology, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” and post the updated Policy on this page. Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated to you. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
