What’s Included

This early example bears the boxed "I" Investarm logo rather than later importer markings, underscoring its place among the company’s first U.S. exports. Italian Gardone proof marks and the AN date code confirm 1985 production.
The 28 inch blued 4140 steel barrel is fitted with a 1:48" twist, well-suited for both patched round ball and conical projectiles. The hooked breech lets the barrel lift free from the stock for straightforward cleaning at the bench or in the field.
A color-case–hardened lock plate carries tight, factory-applied scroll engraving that adds period flair without compromising authenticity. The single-trigger, percussion-hammer action offers a simple, robust firing system favored by traditionalists.
The hardwood stock wears a walnut-toned satin oil finish, cheekpiece, and Schnabel fore-end. Brass furniture throughout—trigger guard, butt plate, and nose cap—completes the classic Hawken aesthetic.
Steel blade front and buckhorn rear sights with an elevation slider provide a familiar sight picture for precise shot placement while maintaining historical accuracy.
