Springfield Armory M1A National Match .308 Win Semi-Automatic Rifle with 22 in Stainless Barrel, Walnut Stock & 15 Magazines
This early-production National Match M1A pairs Springfield Armory’s competition-grade 22 inch stainless medium-weight barrel with a glass-bedded walnut stock and fiberglass match handguard. A tuned two-stage trigger, hooded ½-MOA rear sight, and NM 0.062 in front blade round out a rifle built for precision while retaining the classic M14 profile. Serial 201136 places it in the sought-after first runs of factory National Match rifles.

The stainless medium-weight National Match barrel is match-grade, stress-relieved, and cut with a 1:11 RH twist for optimal stability with 168- and 175-grain .308 Win match loads. Its parkerized exterior blends seamlessly with the carbon-steel receiver.
A glass-bedded walnut stock provides a rigid, consistent bedding platform while keeping the traditional look intact. The brown fiberglass handguard resists heat and flex under sustained fire.
The National Match two-stage trigger breaks cleanly at approximately 4.5–5 lb, giving the shooter precise control. Springfield’s NM hooded rear sight offers ½-MOA windage and elevation adjustments, partnered with a 0.062 in NM front blade for a crisp sight picture.
An M14-style slotted flash suppressor with bayonet lug caps the barrel, preserving the rifle’s military lineage. Combined with the 13.25 in length of pull and full-size profile, the platform balances well for both competition and general shooting.
