SIG Sauer P232 .380 ACP German-Made Compact DA/SA Pistol – Black Nitron, 3.6" Barrel, 7+1
The German-manufactured SIG Sauer P232 pairs a straight-blowback, fixed-barrel design with classic SIG decocker controls in a slim, all-metal package. Produced before the model’s 2014 discontinuation, this example carries German proof marks and a SIGARMS Exeter import stamp, marking it as one of the final fully German-built SIG pistols. The factory-optional Hogue rubber wrap-around grip with finger grooves enhances handling and is uncommon on the P232, adding collector appeal.

Built on a black-anodized aluminum alloy frame and topped with a Nitron-finished slide, the P232 weighs in light yet maintains full-metal durability. The forward-raked rear serrations offer a secure grip when manipulating the slide.
The fixed 3.6" barrel is integral to the frame, allowing consistent lock-up and well-known accuracy for a blowback .380 ACP. The fixed 3-dot sights—an integral front ramp and dovetailed rear—provide a clear, snag-free sight picture.
A decocking lever located on the frame mirrors the manual of arms found on larger SIG classics, delivering safe, fast transitions between double- and single-action modes. The exposed rounded spur hammer supports easy thumb-cocking when desired.
Collectors value this P232 for its German proof marks and pre-export-restriction build. Combined with the seldom-seen factory Hogue finger-groove grip and complete accessory set, it stands out as a well-preserved, desirable example of SIG’s last German-built .380 ACP pistol.
