Molot Vepr-12 12 Gauge Semi-Auto Shotgun | 18.38 in Chrome-Lined Barrel, Folding Stock, CSS Muzzle Brake, 4 Mags
Built on Molot’s reinforced RPK receiver and imported by FIME Group before the 2017 sanctions, this Vepr-12 combines combat-grade strength with collector scarcity. The shotgun features a chrome-lined, threaded 18.38 inch barrel, a tubular steel folding stock, and a hinged railed top cover that holds zero. An aftermarket Carolina Shooters Supply multi-port muzzle brake is installed, and the package ships with four magazines. Rare, customizable, and already out of import, this 2017-dated Vepr-12 stands out to shooters and collectors alike.

The Vepr-12 is built on a 1.5 mm RPK-pattern receiver with an integral trunnion, giving it increased rigidity over standard stamped AK shotguns. The long-stroke gas piston and rotating bolt deliver reliable cycling with both light and heavy 12 gauge loads.
An enlarged, flared magazine well and paddle-style release make reloads quick and intuitive, while the last-round bolt-hold-open provides immediate status awareness. The ambidextrous safety/selector keeps controls familiar for AK users.
The chrome-lined barrel, chamber, and gas system resist corrosion and simplify maintenance. Threading is cut M22×0.75 RH, and the installed CSS multi-port brake tames recoil while accepting additional muzzle devices.
Factory iron sights include a protected front post and an RPK-style tangent rear leaf, all mounted to a hinged, railed top cover that retains zero for optics. Polymer ribbed handguards stay cool under rapid fire and accept accessory rails.
With U.S. importation halted, Russian-made Vepr-12s have become increasingly scarce. The serial prefix marks 2017 Molot production, adding context for collectors seeking late-import specimens.
