CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine 9mm with 16.2" Threaded Barrel, Folding Stock & Custom Red Trigger
This Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine combines CZ’s proven blowback 9mm platform with factory ambidextrous controls and a 16.2-inch cold-hammer-forged barrel. It stands out thanks to a red-anodized skeletonized trigger shoe and an extended magazine-release lever, both installed aftermarket for faster, more tactile operation. A SilencerCo-designed muzzle brake, folding-telescoping stock, and M-LOK handguard complete a feature set that appeals to shooters looking for a rugged, modern pistol-caliber carbine.

The 16.2" barrel is cold hammer forged from steel, nitrided for durability, and factory threaded 1/2-28 RH. A SilencerCo multi-port brake is installed to reduce muzzle rise and can be removed for suppressor use.
The glass-fiber-reinforced polymer receiver keeps weight down, while the five-position folding stock allows rapid length-of-pull adjustment and compact transport.
Controls are ambidextrous or reversible: paddle-style magazine release, thumb safeties on both sides, and a non-reciprocating charging handle that can be set for left- or right-hand use and performs the classic “HK slap.”
The aftermarket red trigger shoe provides a wider, more contoured contact surface, complementing the single-action trigger system for a crisp, consistent pull. An enlarged magazine-release lever offers quicker reloads, even with gloved hands.
This carbine was proof-marked in 2018 in the Czech Republic and meets U.S. 922(r) compliance through integrated domestic parts. With production of the EVO 3 line ending in 2023, well-kept examples like this are becoming harder to find.
