Radom P-64 9x18mm Makarov Semi-Auto Pistol, 1975 Polish Compact, Custom Yellow/Black Grips
Built in 1975 at Poland’s Radom factory, this P-64 is a compact, all-steel service pistol chambered in 9x18mm Makarov. Matching serial numbers on the slide, frame, and magazine confirm its original pairing, while importer marks from IO Inc. document its U.S. entry. A polished blued finish and aftermarket yellow/black checkered composite grip panels give this Cold War-era sidearm a distinctive appearance and collectible appeal.

What’s Included
- One 6-round Polish factory steel magazine serial-matched to the pistol
This P-64 retains its original Polish military configuration, featuring a fixed 3.3-inch barrel in a simple blowback system. The compact size and single-stack magazine make it one of the smallest service pistols fielded by any Warsaw Pact nation during the Cold War.
Carbon steel construction, combined with the high-polish blued finish, delivers a solid feel and classic look. The slide carries the Radom oval factory code “11” alongside IO INC MONROE NC import markings, preserving both military and import history.
An ambidextrous slide-mounted safety also functions as a decocker, and an inertial firing-pin safety adds a layer of mechanical security. The double-action/single-action trigger system is known for a heavy first pull of roughly 22–24 pounds, transitioning to a lighter single-action follow-up shot.
Custom yellow/black checkered composite grip panels replace the original wood, improving purchase while giving the pistol a distinctly modern accent against the traditional blued steel.
