Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 .380 ACP Micro Pistol with Thumb Safety, 12+1 Capacity & Tritium Front Sight
Introduced in 2025, the striker-fired Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 offers a noticeable leap forward from the original hammer-fired Bodyguard 380. This micro-sized pistol combines a 12+1 round capacity with a sub-10-ounce polymer frame, Armornite-treated stainless slide and barrel, and a factory-installed tritium front sight—features rarely found together at this price point. Built in Maryville, Tennessee, SKU 13926 also adds a left-side thumb safety for shooters who prefer a manual safety option.

Sized for discreet carry yet offering duty-grade capacity, the Bodyguard 2.0 packs 12 rounds of .380 ACP into a frame that mimics the M&P line’s 18-degree grip angle. The molded 360-degree stippling and integral steel chassis rails give the shooter a secure, consistent grip and durable foundation.
The stainless-steel barrel and slide receive Smith & Wesson’s black Armornite nitride treatment, providing corrosion resistance and a low-glare finish. Front and rear cocking serrations allow confident slide manipulation even with gloved or wet hands.
A high-visibility tritium front sight with an orange outline pairs with a black U-notch rear, delivering a fast, day-and-night sight picture seldom found on micro pistols in this class. Both sights are dovetail-mounted for easy replacement or adjustment.
Safety is addressed by a left-side thumb safety and a flat-faced trigger featuring a central safety blade. The striker-fired action provides a consistent pull from the first to the last shot, while the flat trigger promotes straight-to-the-rear press.
