Developed in collaboration with Gunsite Academy, this rifle carries the Gunsite raven logo in its pistol-grip cap and follows the scout rifle guidelines with an overall compact package and forward optics rail. The 16.5-inch cold-hammer-forged alloy-steel barrel is factory threaded 5/8-24 TPI and fitted with a flash suppressor, allowing quick attachment of brakes or suppressors.
Controlled-round-feed is ensured by Ruger’s Mauser-style claw extractor, giving reliable cycling from the included Accuracy International-pattern magazines. The push-forward magazine release lies just ahead of the trigger guard for intuitive reloads, and the three-position wing safety offers safe, load/unload, and fire settings.
The grey/green laminated hardwood stock is dimensionally stable and includes an adjustable length-of-pull spacer system, checkered grip panels, and a soft rubber recoil pad. A free-floated barrel channel promotes consistent accuracy, while protected blade front and ghost-ring rear sights provide a clear, rapid sight picture when optics are not installed.
