Mossberg Model 500A 12 Gauge Pump Shotgun, 20" Vent-Rib Barrel, Accu-Choke, Custom Limbsaver Pad
This North Haven-marked Mossberg 500A pairs the model’s proven pump-action design with a less-common 20-inch vent-rib barrel threaded for the versatile Accu-Choke system. A Limbsaver recoil pad and rear sling-swivel stud were professionally added, giving this field-ready shotgun extra comfort and carry options. Chambered for both 2 3/4- and 3-inch 12-gauge shells, it offers reliable, all-purpose performance in a compact, maneuverable package.

What’s Included
- Mossberg Model 500A 12 gauge pump-action shotgun
- 20" vent-rib barrel with C Accu-Choke tube installed
The 20-inch vent-rib barrel provides quick handling without sacrificing the clean sight picture hunters expect from a ribbed field gun. Being threaded for the Accu-Choke system—and shipped here with the C choke in place—it can adapt easily to different loads and applications by swapping tubes.
Twin action bars, a five-round magazine (six with one in the chamber), and a hammerless, aluminum-alloy receiver embody the Model 500A’s reputation for dependable cycling. The ambidextrous tang safety remains instinctive whether you shoot right- or left-handed.
Hardwood furniture finished in gloss varnish gives the gun a classic look, while the aftermarket Limbsaver pad tames recoil for faster follow-up shots. A metal rear sling-swivel stud matches the factory front stud for convenient field carry.
Marked “North Haven, CT,” this receiver reflects original U.S. production. Combined with its compact barrel length and customizable choke system, it stands out as a versatile choice for everything from dense-cover hunting to range use.
