What’s Included
- 1x 8-round steel factory TTC magazine
This TTC variant is identifiable by its reddish varnished wood grips bearing the CUGIR star, a hallmark of Romanian production. Matching serial characters on the slide and frame reinforce its collectibility and confirm factory coherence.
The pistol retains its original blued carbon-steel construction, complemented by rear vertical slide serrations and fixed drift-notch sights. The 4.57-inch barrel and single-action mechanism deliver the classic Tokarev shooting experience in the flat, high-velocity 7.62x25mm cartridge.
Century Arms International imported this pistol and added a frame-mounted manual safety to meet U.S. regulations. An aftermarket skeletonized 3-hole trigger further modernizes handling while preserving the original external spur hammer and heel magazine catch.
With full-size proportions, an eight-round magazine, and clean bore, this 1953 Cugir TTC offers collectors and shooters a solid blend of Cold War history and functional reliability.
