Walther PPS Classic 9mm Luger Micro Pistol, Tenifer Slide, 3.2" Barrel
The Walther PPS Classic delivers a slim, single-stack profile that conceals easily while still offering full-size pistol features. Its Tenifer-treated slide resists corrosion, the ambidextrous paddle magazine release works equally well for right- or left-handed shooters, and the QuickSafe backstrap doubles as an internal de-cocker for secure storage. This early German-made import bears Ulm CIP proof marks alongside Smith & Wesson Springfield MA markings, underscoring its place in the first wave of PPS pistols brought to the U.S.

The PPS Classic was engineered for everyday carry, measuring less than an inch wide yet chambered in 9mm Luger. Its glass-fiber-reinforced polymer frame keeps weight low while maintaining rigidity under recoil.
Walther’s Tenifer nitrocarburizing process hardens the slide surface and provides a matte black finish that shrugs off sweat, holster wear, and harsh environments. Rear cocking serrations offer a secure grasp for press checks and slide manipulations.
The QuickSafe system sets the PPS apart: removing the backstrap mechanically disconnects the striker, rendering the pistol inert for transport or storage without needing a separate lock. Reinstall the backstrap and the pistol returns instantly to ready status.
Ambidextrous paddle releases sit at the rear of the trigger guard, allowing magazine changes without shifting the firing grip. Two factory magazines of different lengths give the shooter a choice between maximum concealability and an extended grip surface.
German Ulm proof marks, the DE ⌂ BB N date code, and Springfield MA import stamp identify this pistol as an early 2010s production model, adding collectability to its practical appeal.
