SIG Sauer P365 XMacro ROMEO-X Compact 9mm — Agency Vault Law-Enforcement Bundle, 17+1 Capacity
The P365 XMacro ROMEO-X Compact brings duty-grade performance to a trim 1.1-inch-wide frame. Built for SIG Sauer’s Agency Vault law-enforcement allocation and offered here on the civilian market, it pairs a flush-fit 17-round magazine system with a factory-installed ROMEO-X red-dot sight. A 3.7-inch carbon-steel barrel adds velocity over micro-length variants, while interchangeable backstraps and a full-length 1913 rail let shooters tailor fit and accessory choices.

The Agency Vault allocation confirms this XMacro was produced for police and government contracts, giving buyers a variant seldom seen through standard commercial channels.
Despite its compact size, the pistol carries 17 rounds of 9mm in a flush-fit magazine system—no additional bulk required. The magazines seat fully within the grip, preserving concealability while matching duty-gun capacity.
A 3.7-inch carbon-steel barrel is longer than the original P365 barrel, delivering higher velocities and a sight radius that complements the XRAY3 day/night iron sights and the ROMEO-X red dot.
The slide wears SIG’s Nitron black finish and features forward and rear serrations plus an optics-ready cut that comes from the factory with the ROMEO-X mounted. The red dot uses an aspheric glass lens, a side-loading battery, and a 3 MOA reticle for a crisp, unobstructed aiming point.
The polymer frame includes interchangeable backstraps and a full-length MIL-STD-1913 rail—features first offered on the XMacro series—along with a reversible magazine release and flat-face trigger for consistent, straight-back press.
