What’s Included
- Arminius HW-38 Titan Tiger .38 Special revolver
Built by Hermann Weihrauch (Arminius) in Germany and branded for the U.S. market by F.I.E., this HW-38 Titan Tiger carries the "F.I.E. CORP MIAMI, FLA." import mark. A circled "W" mark appears on the cylinder face. The Titan Tiger designation represents the U.S.-market version of the HW-38 line, which concluded by 1990.
The revolver is chambered in .38 Special with a 2-inch barrel and a six-shot steel cylinder. It operates double-action/single-action with an external spur hammer and a smooth curved trigger.
The alloy frame uses a painted/enameled finish, with a steel barrel and cylinder. Sighting is fixed, with a screw-retained ramped front sight and a topstrap groove rear. The topstrap has anti-glare serrations.
It retains an unshrouded short ejector rod with a knurled tip and the sideplate/screw layout characteristic of the HW-series. Brown wraparound checkered plastic grips with the Arminius medallion complete the configuration.
