The P250 Compact is built around SIG’s modular, serialized fire control unit (FCU) housed in a black polymer grip module. Chambered in .45 ACP, it uses a 3.9 inch barrel and offers a 10+1 capacity. The trigger is a smooth, curved design operating in double-action only with an internal hammer.
The steel slide wears a matte black Nitron finish with rear serrations only, and the receiver chassis is stainless steel. The grip module features molded SIG SAUER panels that provide a secure, consistent feel in hand.
Controls include ambidextrous slide catch levers, a left-side takedown lever, and a left-side push-button magazine release. An integral Picatinny/M1913 accessory rail with five slots is molded into the dust cover for easy light or laser attachment.
Sights are a fixed square-notch rear paired with a white-dot blade front for straightforward alignment. Markings include ".45 AUTO" on the barrel hood and "SIG SAUER P250" on the slide, with an EXETER, NH marking visible through the chassis window. The included magazine is marked Made in Italy.
