This factory limited edition marks the 2008–2018 LCP run with special top-of-slide engraving: "LCP 2008 2018" with the Ruger phoenix and "TENTH ANNIVERSARY." The stainless slide features chevron-style serrations, including forward serrations unique to this edition, providing a distinctive look and positive purchase.
Construction is true to the original LCP architecture with a one-piece glass-filled nylon frame in black and an internal-hammer, double-action-only system. Sights are integral and fixed, with a front ramp and rear notch built into the slide. A manual slide hold-open/stop lever is included.
The 2.75 in alloy steel barrel uses a 1:16 right-hand twist with 6 grooves. Capacity is 6+1 in .380 ACP. The micro-size profile keeps weight around 9.6 oz with compact dimensions of approximately 5.16 in long, 3.60 in high, and under 1 in wide.
Factory details include the skeletonized aluminum trigger and Ruger medallion grip panels. Origin markings read "RUGER, MAYODAN, NC • USA," and this example was manufactured in 2019.
