    What's Included

    • Two 8-round en-bloc clips

Refurbished by the Civilian Marksmanship Program, this rifle retains the core M1 Garand features buyers expect, including a 24-inch barrel and 8-round en-bloc clip system. The parkerized finish and forged steel receiver reflect correct G.I.-style construction, while the clean bore and sharp rifling indicate strong internal condition.

The receiver heel is marked "U.S. RIFLE CAL. .30 M1 SPRINGFIELD ARMORY" with a serial in the 271xxx range, commonly associated with 1940 WWII-era production by serial tables. It is fitted with an SA bolt marked D28287-12SA with heat lot RE5B, consistent with Springfield Armory components.

Manufactured 1940 and refurbished by CMP, this example pairs period-correct Springfield parts with CMP service, making it a solid representation of the platform. It uses the standard long-stroke gas system and feeds from 8-round en-bloc clips.

Furniture consists of a hardwood stock with two-piece hardwood handguards, fixed sling swivels, and a steel buttplate. Length of pull is 13.25 inches. Sighting is via the standard G.I. protected blade front and aperture rear with windage and elevation drums.

This is not an M1C/M1D sniper variant; there are no scope bases or receiver cuts. Country of origin is the United States, and the rifle carries a parkerized finish over its forged receiver for a classic service-grade appearance.
