Made in France under Walther license, this PP carries the slide legend "MANUFACTURE DE MACHINES DU HAUT-RHIN … LIC. EXCL. WALTHER … MOD. PP Cal. 7.65mm … Made in France." It bears the St-Étienne French proof on the barrel and an HK INC ARL VA 22201 import mark, providing clear provenance and period-correct markings.
The pistol is chambered in .32 ACP (7.65mm) with a 3.9 in barrel and a 7+1 capacity. It uses a straight-blowback action with a double-action/single-action trigger. The slide-mounted safety also functions as a decocker, and the magazine release is a left-side push-button.
Construction is carbon steel with a polished blue finish on both frame and slide. Fixed sights comprise an integral front blade and a rear notch. The slide adds rear vertical serrations and a checkered anti-glare top rib for confident handling. A lanyard ring is fitted at the frame.
Grip panels are black checkered plastic, with a raised WALTHER banner on the right and a raised MANURHIN cartouche on the left—details that highlight its licensed manufacture. This example is compact and well-suited to the classic PP profile while retaining period-correct features and markings.
Included with the pistol are its original Manurhin factory cardboard box and a Manurhin-marked 7-round steel magazine with finger-rest baseplate, aligning with the firearm’s French manufacture and period details.
