This is a factory Knights Armament SR-15 Carbine Mod 2 complete upper receiver kit that brings together KAC's cold hammer forged, chrome-lined 14.5 inch barrel, the URX 4 KeyMod free-float handguard, and the KAC E3 bolt in an M16-pattern carrier. It includes KAC Micro flip-up sights and a pinned and welded KAC 3-prong QDC flash hider that serves as a suppressor mount. The receiver is marked "CARBINE MOD 2," and the barrel is marked "5.56 / 1:7 / CHF."

The 14.5 inch barrel is cold hammer forged, chrome lined, and 1:7 twist, with visible "5.56 / 1:7 / CHF" markings. It is threaded and fitted with a pinned and welded KAC 3-prong QDC flash hider that functions as a suppressor mount. The Mod 2 low-profile gas block is retained by a locking ring, and the system uses direct impingement.
The free-float URX 4 KeyMod aluminum handguard features an integral QD sling socket and a continuous 12 o'clock Picatinny top rail. This kit also includes a KAC 5-slot KeyMod rail section and a 7-piece flat panel cover kit for configurable accessory placement and grip coverage.
Factory KAC Micro flip-up iron sights are installed: a Micro front sight and a Micro 200-600 m rear sight. The upper receiver is marked "CARBINE MOD 2," aligning with the factory box label for Part #31295.
A KAC E3 bolt is included in an M16-pattern carrier, providing the complete bolt carrier group for this upper receiver assembly. Receiver and handguard are aluminum with a black finish.
