The receiver is drilled and tapped with filler screws, and it includes three 10-round steel magazines, a Ruger factory hard case, and the original manual. Smooth laminated hardwood grips with Ruger eagle medallions complete the classic target configuration.

The Mark II Target configuration is rollmarked "MARK II TARGET" and pairs a fixed 5.5-inch bull barrel to a tubular steel receiver for consistent barrel-to-sight alignment. The recessed crown protects the rifling at the muzzle.
Target sights include a Patridge-style, replaceable front blade and a fully adjustable rear. The receiver top is drilled and tapped and currently fitted with filler screws, offering setup flexibility for sighting systems.
The pistol operates on a simple blowback action and incorporates a last-shot bolt hold-open. Its cylindrical reciprocating bolt is finished in the white and marked "RUGER," contrasting with the blued barrel, receiver, and grip frame.
The grip frame is steel and fitted with smooth laminated hardwood panels featuring Ruger eagle medallions, providing a solid, classic feel. A manual safety is provided.
This example was manufactured in 1995 (mfg. part number MK-512) and comes with three 10-round steel magazines for a 10+1 capacity. It is made in the United States.
