WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Remington Model 572 Fieldmaster pump-action rifle
This Model 572 Fieldmaster is marked on the receiver with "Remington," "Fieldmaster," and "MODEL 572." The barrel is marked "REMINGTON ARMS CO., INC.," "ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A.," and ".22 SHORT, LONG AND LONG RIFLE," clearly documenting the chambering and origin.
The rifle is configured with open iron sights, including a front sight mounted near the muzzle on a small base and a rear open/notch-style sight mounted on the barrel. The blued steel receiver and barrel give it a traditional Fieldmaster profile.
It uses an under-barrel tubular magazine, and a knurled/serrated cylindrical control/knob is visible at the forward end of the magazine assembly. The stock set is wood, with a plain wood buttstock (no checkering visible) and a Remington-marked buttplate.
Additional small stamped proof/inspection marks are present on the barrel near the receiver, though they are not fully legible. Safety is a cross-bolt style.
