Browning Citori Grade VI 20 Gauge Over/Under Shotgun with 28" Vent Rib Barrels (1990)
This Browning Citori Grade VI is a 20 gauge over/under shotgun built in Japan in 1990, featuring full-coverage scroll engraving with gold-colored inlaid game motifs. It is configured with 28" Special Steel barrels, a ventilated top rib, screw-in choke tubes, and a tang safety/selector behind the top lever. The gun is fitted with a pistol-grip stock and a rounded, field-style forend in highly figured walnut with a high-gloss finish and cut checkering.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.

Cosmetics: Finish shows light handling marks consistent with very good condition.

Chambering is marked for both 2 3/4" and 3" shells, and the barrels are marked "SPECIAL STEEL 20GA-2 3/4" AND 3"-28"" confirming the 28" barrel length. The barrel also shows "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q" and "MADE IN JAPAN" markings.
This Grade VI presentation is highlighted by full-coverage scroll engraving with gold-colored inlaid game motifs. The side panels show bird motifs, the underside features a dog motif, and there is an additional gold bird motif near the top-lever area.
The shotgun uses a break-action over/under layout with an ejector system, indicated by the "EJECTOR" marking and visible ejector hardware. It is equipped with a single, gold-colored trigger and a tang safety/selector (sliding control behind the top lever).
Stock furniture includes a pistol-grip stock and a rounded, field-style forend with cut checkering on the grip and forend. The buttplate is a hard plate marked "BROWNING." Sighting is via a small bead at the muzzle end.
