This WWII-era Winchester Model 24 is a 1942-produced 12-gauge side-by-side with 30-inch barrels, fixed Modified and Full chokes, and extractor-only operation. It features double non-selective triggers, a tang-mounted sliding safety, and a raised solid matted rib. Custom touches include aftermarket checkering with decorative carved borders and a Winchester-branded ventilated recoil pad with contrasting spacers.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Specific Condition Notes: There are mild scuffs and areas of light wear. The stock shows a slight wiggle. Overall, the shotgun appears to have been well cared for.

The 30-inch blued steel barrels are topped with a raised solid rib that is longitudinally matted for a clean sighting plane. The barrels are chambered for 2 3/4-inch shells as indicated by the barrel rollmark and are set with fixed Modified and Full (M/F) chokes. The bores are excellent with a bright, mirror finish.
This Model 24 uses a break-action, hammerless design with extractor-only operation (no automatic ejectors). It is configured with dual non-selective triggers and a tang-mounted sliding manual safety. Capacity is two rounds.
The stock set is walnut with a semi-pistol grip and checkered forearm and grip panels. It has aftermarket checkering with decorative carved borders and a Winchester-branded ventilated recoil pad with contrasting spacers. Length of pull measures 14.25 inches.
The receiver and barrels wear a blued finish over steel. U.S.-made and dated to 1942, this is a full-size double with the serial number located on the lower tang behind the trigger guard, consistent with Model 24 production.
