The rifle has been sporterized with an aftermarket synthetic Monte Carlo stock featuring molded checkering and a hard buttplate. Its shortened sporter-profile barrel measures approximately 23.5 inches and wears a ramp front sight; the bayonet boss has been deleted. The receiver and metalwork are finished in a blued/black tone.
Optics are set up on a receiver-mounted scope base with a Leupold variable riflescope installed using A.R.M.S. throw-lever quick-detach rings. The scope shows a gold medallion "L" on the turret cap and includes branded Leupold flip-up lens covers.
