What's Included
- Ruger Blackhawk Old Model (Three-Screw) .357 Mag. revolver with aftermarket checkered wood, target-style grips installed
The Old Model three-screw lockwork without a transfer bar defines this revolver’s authentic 1960s Ruger design. It retains the protected-sight topstrap with integral ears and carries the desirable Southport, Conn. pre-warning barrel address.
Chambered in .357 Magnum, it uses a fluted six-shot cylinder and a 6.5-inch carbon-steel barrel. A full-length ejector housing with a crescent-head rod provides positive case extraction.
Construction is robust and traditional: blued carbon steel for the barrel, frame, and cylinder, paired with an aluminum-alloy silver-tone grip frame. The front sight is a ramped blade with a serrated rear face for a defined sight picture.
Customization is focused on the grip. The revolver wears aftermarket checkered wood grips in a target-style profile, and they intentionally omit Ruger medallions. This setup complements the single-action-only operation and period-correct handling characteristics of the Old Model Ruger Blackhawk.
