The receiver bears the 1894–1994 roll-mark denoting the Model 94 centennial year, adding clear context to its 1994 production. Built by USRAC in New Haven, Connecticut, this Ranger variant delivers the familiar Model 94 carbine profile with a blued finish and straight-grip hardwood furniture.
The carbine wears a 20 in round barrel with cold-forged rifling and a 1:12 twist. A full-length tubular magazine provides 6+1 capacity, while overall length is 37.75 in and weight is 6.5 lb, giving it the compact balance the Model 94 is known for.
Winchester’s Angle Eject side ejection system provides clear top access while maintaining traditional handling. Sights are iron: a ramped blade front and an adjustable rear with elevator for practical zeroing and holdover adjustments.
Controls and safeties include an exposed rebounding hammer, a manual cross-bolt safety located at the rear of the receiver, and a trigger-actuated safety/transfer system. The American hardwood stock and carbine-style forend have a satin finish, straight-grip profile, and steel barrel bands, with a length of pull of 13.5 in.
