The frame carries the "Linebaugh Custom Sixguns, Cody, Wy." rollmark, and the barrel is clearly marked .500 Linebaugh.
The 5.5-inch steel barrel is ported, pairing compact length with effective gas relief at the muzzle. The blued steel finish is applied across the barrel, frame, and cylinder for a uniform appearance.
Sighting is handled by an adjustable rear unit matched to a tall, plain Patridge-style front blade, offering a crisp, visible sight picture. Controls include a knurled ejector rod button and a knurled base pin head for positive manipulation.
Ergonomics center on the Bisley setup, with a wide, low-spur Bisley-pattern hammer and a Bisley grip frame fitted with smooth ivory-colored panels. The single-action operation remains traditional while purpose-built for the .500 Linebaugh chambering.
