This RST-6 configuration pairs a 6" tapered steel barrel and recessed crown with a tubular, blued steel receiver. The pistol retains Ruger’s in-the-white bolt with rear grasping ears and right-side ejection, consistent with the Mark I family design.
It uses a semi-automatic, straight blowback action and a 10+1 capacity. Controls include a heel-style magazine release and a manual safety. The mainspring housing takedown system provides the classic Mark I field-stripping method.
Sights are fixed: a blade front and a rear notch integral to the receiver. The pistol wears black checkered synthetic grips with Ruger medallions, complementing the blued steel frame and receiver.
