What’s Included
- Cimarron Model 1873 Pre-War Model P .357 Mag. revolver
Built as a Pre-War pattern Single Action Army reproduction, this revolver features the cross-pin base-pin latch and the correct two-line 1871/1872 patent dates on the frame. The barrel shows the Cimarron address rollmark, aligning it with the manufacturer’s historical-style markings.
The 7.5 in Cavalry-length barrel and fixed sighting system use a tall blade front and a topstrap groove notch rear. An ejector-rod housing sits on the right side, and the six-shot fluted cylinder is chambered in .357 Magnum.
The color case-hardened frame contrasts with the blued steel barrel and cylinder for a period-correct finish. A smooth, one-piece walnut plow-handle grip completes the classic profile and feel.
It is single-action only with a fixed-spur hammer carrying an integral firing pin. Italian proof marks confirm its origin, and the last four digits on the cylinder match the serial for added consistency.
