This 1931 Winchester Model 12 is a pre-WWII, U.S.-made takedown 12 gauge with a 30 inch plain steel barrel and a fixed Full choke. It retains classic Model 12 features including slam-fire capability, right-side ejection with bottom loading, and a tubular magazine. Period-correct walnut furniture with a corncob ribbed forearm and a checkered steel Winchester Repeating Arms Co. logo buttplate round out this early example.

Made in 1931, this Model 12 comes from the pre-WWII era and features blued steel construction with walnut furniture. It is built on the classic takedown pattern, allowing the barrel and magazine assembly to be removed from the receiver for transport and maintenance.
The 30 inch plain steel barrel is fitted with a single bead front sight and a fixed Full choke. This straightforward barrel setup emphasizes the clean lines of the Model 12 while keeping sighting simple and familiar.
The pump-action system uses an internal hammer and has no disconnector, making it slam-fire capable. It feeds from a tubular magazine with right-side ejection and bottom loading. Stated capacity is 2+1.
Furniture includes an uncheckered walnut pistol-grip stock with a 13.75 inch length of pull and a classic corncob ribbed walnut forearm. A checkered steel Winchester Repeating Arms Co. logo buttplate is installed. The receiver and barrel assembly have non-matching numbers.
