    What’s Included

    • CMP-branded hard case
    • Certificate of authenticity
    • Department of the Army Technical Manual TM 9-1005-211-34
    • Two 7-round USGI-pattern steel magazines with witness holes

This Colt M1911A1 originates from WWII production and was later arsenal rebuilt, then released by the CMP as a Rack Grade pistol. The frame is marked UNITED STATES PROPERTY and M1911A1 U.S. ARMY, and it falls within Colt's 1943 duplicate-block serial range.

The pistol is equipped with a USGI replacement slide marked 7790314 and MFR 2U894, with an "M" stamped on the top of the slide. The USGI replacement barrel is marked 7791193. These markings identify correct government replacement components installed during arsenal service.

It retains GI configuration throughout: a short trigger with relief cuts behind the trigger, an arched mainspring housing with lanyard loop, a spur hammer, and fixed GI sights consisting of a staked narrow front blade and a small rear notch in a dovetail. Brown checkered plastic grips complete the period-correct look.

The slide and frame are carbon steel with a matching matte gray phosphate/parkerized finish. It uses a 5-inch barrel, single-action, short-recoil operation, and a 7+1 capacity in .45 ACP. This is a full-size 1911-pattern pistol made in the United States, aligning with the platform’s WWII-era service configuration.
