The Model I 'Especial' is a compact, single-action blowback pistol chambered in .32 ACP, pairing a 3.65" barrel with a 7+1 capacity. Its small-frame 1911-style layout offers familiar ergonomics in a trim, carryable size.
Construction is all steel with a polished blued finish on both frame and slide. Checkered hardwood grips provide a secure hold, while vertical rear slide serrations aid manipulation. The external wide-spur hammer complements the classic profile.
Controls are straightforward: a manual thumb safety and a push-button magazine release. The design intentionally omits a grip safety and includes a lanyard ring on the mainspring housing. Sights are fixed, with a blade front and a notch rear.
Markings and proofs are a highlight. The left slide reads 'GABILONDO Y CIA - ELGOIBAR (ESPAÑA) CAL. 7.65 m/m (32) 'LLAMA',' and the right slide reads 'LLAMA 'ESPECIAL'.' Eibar commercial proofs, a star-over-letter date code, and inspector/proof symbols are present ahead of the trigger guard, underscoring its Spanish manufacture and period authenticity.
