What’s Included
- Ruger New Model Blackhawk .357 Magnum revolver
Built with stainless-steel construction and a satin finish, this New Model Blackhawk pairs durability with a clean, utilitarian look. The 6.5-inch barrel and six-shot fluted cylinder deliver the classic .357 Magnum Blackhawk profile, and it will also chamber .38 Special for added flexibility.
The sighting system features a ramped, pinned front blade and a fully adjustable rear sight, protected by a raised topstrap (not a flattop). The single-action mechanism includes Ruger's transfer-bar safety, and capacity is six rounds.
Operation details include a right-side loading gate and a full-length stainless ejector housing with a round-button ejector rod head for positive extraction. A rounded trigger guard and smooth wood grips with Ruger eagle medallions complete the handling package.
Markings include the Southport, Conn. address and a barrel warning rollmark. This example reflects the 6.5-inch, non-convertible configuration consistent with the KBN-36 variant, made in the United States in 1981.
