Built on an Armscorp receiver and marked 'U.S. RIFLE 7.62 MM M14 NM' on the heel with the Armscorp diamond, this National Match example reflects a sought-after configuration from 2006–2007. The right receiver rail is marked 'ARMSCORP BALTIMORE MD,' aligning with Armscorp of America's production details.
The rifle follows the gas-operated M14-pattern with the operating rod on the right side and a semi-automatic, rotating-bolt action. It retains the USGI-pattern slotted flash suppressor with bayonet lug and uses standard detachable 20-round M14-pattern magazines for a 20+1 capacity.
Furniture consists of a full-length hardwood service stock with sling swivels and a ribbed brown fiberglass M14-type handguard. The length of pull is 13.5 in, and the metal carries a uniform parkerized finish consistent with service-style builds.
Sighting is via iron sights: a wing-protected blade front and an aperture rear with windage and elevation drums. Additional inspection marks include a circled 'P' proof on the pistol grip and a boxed cartouche on the left side of the stock wrist.
Assembled from USGI M14 parts on an Armscorp receiver during Armscorp's 'Golden Era,' this National Match rifle combines correct pattern features with a clean, mirror-finish bore and the classic M14 profile.
