What’s Included
- Remington Model 721 bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 H&H Magnum
The rifle is chambered in .300 H&H Magnum and built around a 26 in blued steel sporter-contour barrel. It wears barrel-mounted open sights, including a ramped front sight and an elevator/step-style rear sight. The front sight hood is not present in the photos.
The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases on the front receiver ring and rear bridge (four top holes total). It uses an internal box magazine with a fixed, non-hinged floorplate and a 3+1 capacity. The bolt features a polished body and a round bolt knob, consistent with Model 721 design cues.
The wood stock has a left-side raised cheekpiece and is partially checkered, with a cut diamond panel on the left fore-end; the remainder appears sanded/unfinished. Length of pull measures 14.0 in. A Winchester-marked ventilated rubber recoil pad with white/black-line spacers is installed.
Markings include the Remington REP proof on the barrel shank. This rifle reflects the Model 721 lineage known for Remington's "three rings of steel" breech concept that preceded the Model 700. It was manufactured in the United States in 1951 and retains a traditional blued finish.
