What's Included
- Ruger Standard Model Mark I .22 LR pistol with 6 in tapered barrel
- 1x 10-round single-stack steel magazine (Ruger Standard/Mark I pattern with heel-catch floorplate)
The pistol uses a simple blowback, semi-automatic action chambered in .22 LR, feeding from a detachable single-stack magazine for a 10+1 capacity. A cylindrical internal bolt rides inside the receiver and is charged via rear grasping ears, with ejection to the right side.
Sighting is fixed and durable: a ramped blade front on a banded base secured by a transverse pin, paired with a fixed square-notch rear. The heel-type magazine catch at the butt reflects the Standard/Mark I pattern and provides secure retention.
Construction is all steel, with a blued finish on the frame, receiver, and tapered barrel. The checkered black synthetic grips with a single Ruger eagle medallion on the left panel provide a secure hold and the iconic Ruger look.
Markings reflect its period, with the Southport, Connecticut rollmark used prior to New Hampshire branding. Made in the United States, this example represents the classic Mark I series configuration from 1970.
