What’s Included
- 1x 10-round detachable single-stack steel magazine
- Black leather flap holster
The H-D Military pairs a fixed-barrel blowback design with a heavy-profile tube for stable, repeatable performance with .22 LR. Capacity is 10+1 with the included single-stack magazine, and the heel-type release reflects the model’s period configuration.
Sighting is straightforward and precise: a fixed blade front is matched to a micrometer-adjustable square-notch rear, allowing fine elevation and windage adjustments suited to target work in the era.
Construction is blued carbon steel throughout the slide, frame, and receiver, complemented by checkered walnut grip panels without medallions. The grip angle mirrors the 1911 pattern, giving a familiar point of aim for many shooters.
Markings and assembly stamps are present as expected on a commercial post-war example. The left side of the slide is marked "HI-STANDARD MODEL H-D MILITARY." Internally, the slide is stamped "6762," which matches the last four digits of the frame serial, and the frame assembly bears "E U 3 R."
