What’s Included
- Cugir TTC 7.62x25mm pistol
- One 6-round TT-33/TTC pattern single-stack steel magazine with witness holes and a flat floorplate
Built by Cugir in Romania, this TTC follows the TT-33 pattern and uses a short-recoil, locked-breech, single-action system. The modular hammer/sear fire-control unit is consistent with the Tokarev design and simplifies servicing.
The pistol is full-size with a 4.6 inch barrel and a 6+1 capacity. It wears fixed iron sights with a front blade and a square-notch rear in a dovetail, providing a straightforward sight picture.
Construction is all steel with a blued finish on the slide, frame, and receiver. The slide has rear vertical serrations and a top ejection port. Black ribbed plastic grips provide a period-correct profile, and a lanyard loop is located at the heel.
Markings include the Cugir triangle-and-arrow arsenal mark and importer markings on the right-side slide flat near the muzzle. This example also has matching serial locations on the frame and slide, along with a frame date stamp, attributes often sought by collectors of Eastern Bloc service pistols.
Safety features include the import-added frame-mounted manual safety and a half-cock notch. The configuration remains true to the Tokarev lineage while meeting import requirements.
