    What’s Included

    • Weatherby Mark V Deluxe rifle chambered in .300 Weatherby Magnum
    • Installed period Buehler scope bases

Made in West Germany during 1960–1961, this Mark V Deluxe carries the early 'PATENTS PENDING' receiver rollmark associated with first-generation production. The rifle is chambered in .300 Weatherby Magnum, aligning with the classic magnum configuration that defined the Mark V lineup in this era.

The action is the Mark V magnum pattern with a nine-lug bolt and a fluted bolt body. It uses a right-side bolt shroud safety lever and feeds from an internal box magazine with a 3+1 capacity. A hinged floorplate and integrated triggerguard complete the bottom metal assembly.

The steel barrel is a tapered sporter contour with a crowned muzzle. The polished blued receiver and barrel present a clean, traditional Weatherby finish. There are no open sights, and the receiver is drilled and tapped with period Buehler scope bases installed.

The high-gloss walnut Monte Carlo stock includes a rollover cheekpiece and skip-line checkering. Weatherby details include a rosewood forend tip with spacer, a rosewood pistol-grip cap with a white diamond inlay and spacer, a ventilated Weatherby-marked recoil pad, and factory sling swivel studs.

Together, the German production, early rollmark, and correct nine-lug magnum bolt make this a notable early Mark V Deluxe configuration with classic Weatherby styling and features.
