Built in 1972, this 10/22 Carbine reflects the classic configuration: an 18.5" tapered steel barrel with a blued finish, an aluminum alloy receiver with black finish, and the standard 10-round rotary magazine system. The action is the familiar semi-automatic blowback design with a cross-bolt safety.
The hardwood stock features a straight comb and pistol grip with smooth, uncheckered panels, complemented by a curved metal buttplate. A barrel band secures the forend.
Factory iron sights consist of a ramped front sight with protective ears and a folding, barrel-mounted rear sight. The receiver is drilled and tapped with a 3/8-inch tip-off rail, and this rifle has a receiver-mounted scope base with rings and a Weaver Marksman fixed 4X scope installed.
Practical details include a 14.0" length of pull and a 10+1 capacity in .22 LR. The bore is clean with well-defined rifling, aligning with the rifle’s overall good mechanical presentation.
