Beretta 950 Jetfire .25 ACP, 1953 Italian-Made Pre-950B, Tip-Up Barrel, Blued Steel Over Alloy Frame, 2.4 in Barrel, 8+1
This 1953 Beretta Mod. 950 Jetfire is an early, Italian-made example in the pre-950B configuration with no manual safety lever. It features the correct slide legend "P. BERETTA - cal. 6.35 - Brev.
950," Italian proof marks with a 1953 date stamp, and a tip-up barrel with left-side release. The micro-size .25 ACP design pairs a blued steel slide and barrel with an aluminum-alloy frame, making it a notable Jetfire from the 1950s.

What’s Included
- Original Beretta pistol manual
- Two 8-round magazines (one is a ProMag BER-03 .25 ACP, stamped)
Proof-dated 1953 and marked MADE IN ITALY, this Jetfire carries Italian proof marks and the early slide legend associated with the first production configuration. As a pre-950B example, it omits a manual safety lever, aligning with the original design noted on the slide as "Brev. 950."
The pistol uses a single-action blowback system with an extractorless ejection design. Its tip-up carbon steel barrel, released by a left-side latch, allows direct chamber access. The external spur hammer and European heel-type magazine catch reflect its period-correct controls.
Construction pairs a blued steel, closed-top (solid) slide with an anti-glare serrated rib to an aluminum-alloy frame and receiver. Fixed sights consist of an integral front blade and a rear notch. Black checkered grips with PB medallions complement the compact, micro-size profile.
Barrel length is 2.4 inches with a 8+1 capacity in .25 ACP (6.35mm). The serial number is located on the right side of the frame above the trigger, consistent with this series. Slide and barrel are blued over the alloy frame, presenting the classic Jetfire look of the 1950s.
