What’s Included
- Winchester Model 50 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun
The Model 50 uses Winchester's short-recoil, floating-chamber action attributed to David M. "Carbine" Williams. This system, paired with a fixed 2-round tubular magazine for a 2+1 capacity, delivers a classic semi-auto configuration from the era.
The 28-inch plain (non-ribbed) steel barrel carries a factory Modified choke and a single front bead. The barrel is marked "Winchester Proof Steel," and the receiver bears a Winchester proof/inspection stamp near the serial location.
This shotgun is chambered for 2 3/4-inch shells only. The blued steel receiver and barrel are matched with a checkered walnut pistol-grip stock and walnut fore-end for a traditional setup and straightforward handling.
Customization includes an aftermarket Pachmayr ventilated recoil pad with white/black spacers. With this pad installed, the length of pull measures 14.0 inches, offering a comfortable fit for many shooters.
Produced in the United States in 1960, this Model 50 presents the core features that define the line: clean lines, a bead sight for quick acquisition, and Winchester's period-correct materials and markings.
