Bore Overall Condition: Poor - Noticeable dirt, stains, significant corrosion or damage.
Bore Fouling: Severe Fouling - Extensive corrosion, pitting, or erosion.
Specific Condition Notes: The firearm shows significant markings from previous handling and use. The forend is cracked. Much of the exterior damage appears consistent with exposure to high heat, potentially fire damage. The bore and barrel exhibit significant corrosion. The front sight is missing.
The magazine cap is missing. Use is not recommended without replacement of the damaged furniture and a qualified gunsmith inspection. Refer to photos for additional detail.

The Gold Hunter operates on a gas-operated, short-stroke piston system. It is configured with right-side ejection and a right-hand bolt handle, and it carries a capacity of 2+1 rounds. The barrel is back-bored and threaded for the Invector-Plus choke system, with a Full choke installed.
The 28" ventilated-rib barrel and 3" chamber provide a versatile platform within the Gold series. A gold-colored trigger rounds out the external controls and small parts; the magazine cap is missing. The receiver is roll-marked "Gold Hunter."
The walnut stock and beavertail forearm feature cut checkering and a Browning-branded black ventilated recoil pad. Length of pull measures 14.25". A cross-bolt safety provides straightforward operation.
Notably, 12-gauge Gold models are discontinued, adding context for buyers who follow the Browning lineup and its production history.
