The Expert Carry configuration features a 3-inch bushingless, match-marked bull barrel engineered for reliable lockup in a compact 1911 format. The true single-stack design uses 8-round magazines for an 8+1 .45 ACP capacity in a smaller footprint.
Construction pairs a steel slide with a machined aluminum-alloy frame to reduce weight while maintaining durability. The pistol operates in classic single-action, hammer-fired 1911 fashion, with a skeletonized combat hammer, a lightened skeletonized trigger, and both a thumb safety and a grip safety.
Sights include a green fiber-optic front and a low-mount dovetailed rear for a bright, fast front reference and a snag-resistant rear profile. The slide incorporates rear cocking serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port.
