Made in Italy and marked "GARDONE V.T. 1951" on the slide, this post-WWII Modello 1934 reflects Beretta’s mid-century production with caliber noted as 9 Corto. An importer-applied laser-etched serial marking is present on the right side of the frame.
The pistol uses a straight-blowback, single-action-only system with an exposed spur hammer. Its open-top slide and barrel-encircling recoil spring are hallmarks of the M1934’s design, contributing to its distinctive profile and function.
A frame-mounted manual safety includes a red "fire" indicator dot and doubles as the takedown lever and slide hold-open. Fixed sights consist of a small front blade and a fixed rear notch.
The all-steel construction wears a blued finish, paired with black hard-plastic grips featuring the PB monogram. A lanyard ring is fitted at the frame.
The 3.4 inch barrel is externally threaded at the muzzle, and capacity is 7+1. Two steel M1934-pattern magazines are included, each with elongated witness slots and finger-rest floorplates.
