The rifle is right-hand configured with a 4-round internal magazine and a hinged floorplate, and it includes two-piece scope bases installed. Overall condition is excellent.

The 24-inch heavy/varmint-contour barrel and right-hand bolt action are configured for steady, repeatable shooting in .308 Win. The bolt body is fluted with a round bolt knob for smooth manipulation. Barrel, receiver, bottom metal, and scope bases wear a matte black finish; the fluted bolt body is bright (in-the-white).
The stock is a textured black/gray-speckled fiberglass unit with a straight comb and a wide/beavertail fore-end. A rubber recoil pad and a 13.5-inch length of pull provide a solid, consistent shoulder fit.
The receiver is roll-marked "G. McMILLAN & CO., PHOENIX, AZ," and is drilled and tapped with two-piece scope bases installed. There are no iron sights. The internal magazine holds four rounds and is paired with a hinged floorplate for easy unloading.
Built in the United States during the late 1980s–early 1990s, this Signature-series Super Varminter reflects McMillan’s precision-focused production from that era, with durable materials and purposeful design elements throughout.
