This Russian-made Izhmash Saiga in 7.62x39 has been converted to an AK-pattern configuration and features a stamped receiver with magazine well dimples, a 16.3 in threaded barrel with a TAPCO USA multi-chamber brake, and adjustable iron sights. The bore condition is excellent, and the rifle carries factory proof marks and a MADE IN RUSSIA BY IZH MASH import stamp. U.S. importation of Russian Saiga rifles ceased in 2014, adding clear context to its availability.

Built by Izhmash in Russia, this Saiga is set up on a stamped AK-pattern receiver with magazine well dimples and a standard ribbed top cover. It uses a semi-automatic, gas-operated, long-stroke piston system with a rotating bolt, and the right-side reciprocating charging handle and selector lever follow the familiar AK layout.
The 16.3 in barrel is threaded and fitted with a TAPCO USA multi-chamber brake. It has a 90-degree gas block, a front-sight block with detent plunger, a front sight post, and a tangent rear sight leaf that is adjustable for elevation.
The rifle has been converted to an AK-pattern configuration with an AK-pattern pistol grip and a fixed polymer AK buttstock. The stock includes a trapdoor buttplate and a left-rear sling swivel. Polymer handguards are installed, with a ribbed lower and a matching polymer upper. Length of pull measures 12.5 in.
Chambered in 7.62x39, this rifle has a 30+1 capacity and comes with one 30-round polymer waffle-pattern magazine. The finish is black, and the receiver shows factory proof marks alongside the MADE IN RUSSIA BY IZH MASH import stamp. U.S. importation of Russian Saiga rifles ended in 2014.
