Target sighting is provided by a square-post front on the rib and a fully adjustable rear sight. The pistol retains the Military Frame configuration with factory-stippled frontstrap and backstrap for a controlled grip.
Controls include a gold-colored single-action trigger and a front-strap magazine release latch. The detachable box magazine system supports a 10+1 capacity in .22 LR.
Construction is all steel with a matte silver/gray finish on the frame and receiver, and a blued finish on the slide. Marked with the Hamden, Connecticut barrel address and early-style THE VICTOR marking, this example represents a desirable 1970s production period in the United States.
