The rifle features a polymer receiver and frame paired with a polymer quad-rail handguard. A full-length top Picatinny rail runs the receiver and handguard, with additional accessory rails at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock to support various mounting needs. Flip-up front and rear sights are installed.
The stock is polymer, adjustable, and skeletonized, with a textured buttplate. Length of pull measures 15.0 inches, offering a straightforward fit and shoulder interface.
Controls and operation are user-friendly, with a semi-automatic blowback action, a manual safety selector marked with S and F colored index dots, and a reversible charging handle for setup on either side. A three-slot flash hider is installed at the muzzle.
Barrel length is 16 inches, chambered in .22 LR (receiver marked 'M-15 cal..22LR HV'). The rifle was manufactured in Germany and bears DE CIP N and other import markings, including Blue Line Solutions, Ferndale WA, and Made in Germany. Capacity is 22+1 and it ships with two curved rimfire-style polymer magazines.
